Well.. it's not like i want one cuz i want to make the world a better place... it's cuz the gov't was giving tax breaks and carpool access, but since they stopped that... looks like my next ride will be a Scion xB. =P

Lots of stuff. Mainly wedding stuff, but that's all hush-hush cuz i've been "court ordered" to keep my trap shut.
Then there's the other stuff that's been happening, namely the situation with my employer... which is also (literally) "court ordered" to keep my trap shut.
So yah. I guess i really don't have much to talk about. =P

If any of you have been following the news on the mortgage industry lately, the sub-prime market has been really hit hard with the down-cycle. Like most, this can mean either good or bad news depending upon where you stand in this mess.
For me, it's kind of a catch-22. If the down-cycle means that housing prices will go down (significantly), then that means i'm in a better position to purchase a house. But at the same time, this could mean my job is in jeopardy since i work in the sub-prime lending industry.
That's not to say i can't find a job elsewhere considering i don't work directly in the field, but considering where i'm at in my life, i need stability.
