It's been a week here at New Century and it's been goin' pretty good. The guys i work with here are all in the 24-35 age group. It's pretty cool as we get our work done and when there's time, all we do is kick back, talk sh*t, watch movies, make racist jokes, etc. I'm liking this career path more and more each day. Only thing that really sucks is the drive: 1.5 hours each way to and from work. Ouch.
That was the quote of the night as Sar progressively changed every shade of red imaginable.

The party was set for the birthday girl to arrive at 6pm, but due to unforseen traffic problems, people didn't start showing up until about 6:15pm. So in order to buy time, Hollie had to pretend to talk to her uncle and in chinese told me to drive slower... then pretended to have to pee really badly. So we ended up stopping at Babie's R Us to use the restroom and did a lil shopping at Party City and Loehman's before heading over to BJ's Brewery for the surprise.
Luckily she still had no idea and the surprise went well. We hit up Dave & Busters for some fun and that's when Sar got totally fuxored up =P Raspberry flavored beer, some kinda alcoholic root beer, b-52 shot, Lemon Drop, Scooby snack, and an Ice & Spice (or whatever you call it). I think i'm missing one...?
All in all, great 21st bday =) Thanks to all who came!
And the parrot is in...!! Suckker.

My days here at IBM are coming to an end. Last day for me is Tuesday Sept. 14th. I'll be starting work at New Century Mortgage in Irvine on the 20th. Much better pay and full-time opportunity... not to mention the weather! (It's too friggin' hot up here in Northridge).
I guess it's a new chapter in my life. I would've liked to stay with IBM only cuz of it's status... but in terms of offerings, i'm better off elsewhere.
More good news is that at least now i have about half a week to just relax, and it just so happens that Sar's b-day lands right in between that time.
Car news: Honda OEM kit still sittin' in Karhoochie's garage. Can't wait till i get to put it on along with the replica Mugen wing. Paid Irv for the Tein Basics yesterday. Should be arriving shortly. As for the rims... guess that's not gonna happen. Why? Cuz i'm in the market for a G35 Coupe =D

Friday: Went to Saddle Rach Chop House for one of Sar's roommies bday. They have two mechanical bulls you can ride for like $4. Pretty cool.
Saturday: Went down to Roma d'Italia in Tustin for Jenn's Bday dinner (Jenn is one of my best college buddies from UCI). Had a great time chit chatting with some of her friends. I'm especially proud of Sar for chattin' up a storm with some USC alums. =)
Sunday: Spent all day at Sar's apartment. Haven't done that in a while. She made me a Hello Kitty Tuna Meld with her Hello Kitty Sandwich maker with Hash Brown sticks for dinner and we went out for Iced coffee with the roommates. Lots of time to relax.
Today: Happy "NO WORK" Day! (Labor Day). I get paid for doing squat. NICE! =D Have a BBQ at Sara's parents house at 4.
In the process of moving my website to another host. Still trying to work bugs out so i don't have a link to the new location. Keep an eye out for an update on the new location (that is... if i can get Verizon to cooperate =P).
