So it's official. I'm a college graduate. It hasn't hit me yet and it probably never really will. I'm already working and i was done with school since the end of March. I've actually been living in the real world for a while now.
There were 5,000+ graduates that day. You figure each graduate has an average of 2-3 family members and/or friends attending. That's easily 15,000+ people all inside Aldrich park. Some people go all out for graduation. Someone had hired a private single prop plane to circle around the park a few times flying a banner that said, "Congrats Natilie (or some name... i forget exactly), you did it!"
My mom, dad, and sis showed up along with Sar and Dave. Got lei-ed (sp?) by Sar, the sib, Jenn, and Kel. Walked on stage... shook the Dean's hand... and left. Doesn't sound too exciting, huh? =P
The real excitement started when we (Mom, Dad, sis, Sar, Dave, me) went to Claim Jumpers to have dinner. Me and Dave each had a full rack of baby back ribs, mom and sis shared a prime rib, dad got one for himself, and Sar got a salad. Lots of good food. Our waiter was "Damian" and my dad gave him such a hard time. It was hilarious =P All in good fun tho.
Anyways... i'm tired... work at 8:45am tomorrow. Must shower.

Well... i already broke my "no carbs" diet... several times. But i have my reasons... and it's not really because i'm weak. The first time was at the Schurr H.S. Band Potluck. I could barely eat anything there! Sara's mom had made yakisoba so i had to eat some of it and Sar also stuck two pieces of sushi on my plate. She also stuck a cookie on my plate too, but i gave it back to her.
The second time was while i was ordering/picking up my cap and gown at UCI. I waited in line for over an hour after work to order the stupid thing. I was starving too. So by the time i went around to the pick-up window... there was a plate of cookies. I couldn't resist. I had two macadamian nut cookies.
The last time was at Sar's house later that nite. I went to her place to spend some time and her mom had made fajitas. When mom offers... you take it. =P
But even tho i've broken my diet on three separate occasions, i'm still gonna try to stick to it. I'm actually already used to not eating rice, bread, and pasta. I don't feel as full for as long, and i think it's slowly helping. I have yet to go do some cardiovascular exercises, cuz work is piling up. It's getting busy.

Nice huh? I think it's a little too much/overboard... but i love it and i'm having so much fun with it! Thank you babe! I love you!!!
I think that's enough for now. Still have work tomorrow morning at 10am. =)

I'm starving. I'm determined to lose at least 20 lbs. by June 22nd (my birthday, in case you didn't kno *hint hint*), so i'm cutting out the major carbohydrates, meaning no rice, pasta, or bread. I dunno how long i'm gonna last either, not because i'm already giving in... but because my mom is getting pretty pissed cuz she doesn't think what i'm doing is healthy and she can't figure out what i wanna eat. Ah well. I need to find a cheap place to work out. Wonder how much 24 hour fitness is.
So it looks like work is going to pick up. I just got a call this morning and it looks like the latest project is about to start. I've already been called in for Wednesday 8am sharp. I guess i better get my sleeping habits back in order. I was actually doing good for a while... but some how that has diminished in the last week.
Graduation is less than two weeks away. It's kinda funny, but even though i've been out of school since the end of March... real life hasn't really hit me yet. If anyone wants to see me at graduation, here's the info:

Been MIA for a lil while. I've been spending a lot of time with Sar this past week. Been trying to help her clean and move out of her apartment for the summer, and just spending as much time as i can with her before she starts work.
Did a little shopping today. I picked up two Playstation2 games: Robotech: Battlecry Limited Edition Boxed Set and Street Fighter EX 3. They were both really cheap at Fry's Electronics so i just decided to pick them up. I was actually supposed to be shopping for a FAX machine. Ah well. Xbox is on sale for $179.99 if you want one. Good price break.
Went to Buca Di Beppo for my ODE Honors Society Banquet on Thursday. Never been there before. The food wasn't too bad... but that's not what had my attention all night anyway... it was HOT! =)
I guess that's it for now. Still got lots of paperwork to fill out so i can get paid! Thinking about buying that XBOX. Hmmm...
