Payback's a b!tch
Jason's birthday is tomorrow. But i celebrated by "decorating" today.
Since i have a tendency to get massive amounts of gift cards for birthday's, Christmas, whatever... I thought i'd start to post the things i buy with them.
Sar, Ho, J - Thanks for the Target GC and the bike will come soon =)

Weekend stuffs
Friday: Picked up Sar and ate at Daphne's Greek Cafe (finally - See previous weekend post). Both of us were pretty beat so we called it an early night with a dvd . "Are We There Yet" with Ice Cube... don't even rent it. =P
Saturday: Woke up pretty late. Ran some errands with Sar and then headed down to Long Beach for an early dinner at El Torito and to watch Pirates of the Carribbean with Jason and Kim. Lemme tell you... Grande Mango Margarita... downed in less than 5 minutes and then watching a movie sitting in the 2nd row from the screen which takes place mostly on water.... not the greatest idea. =X
Didn't hurl though.
Then an evening at the OC Fair. First time out there. Definately fun and will have to do it again next year! HUGE SAUSAGE w/ the WORKS! *DROOL* And funnel cakes w/ fresh strawberries *DROOLx2*
Sunday: Woke up late again. Met up with Ho and Sar for a day of shopping at the Citadel outlets, and dinner at Ruby's, where the food was GREAT, but the service was lacking.

Belated Birfday ( =P ) Weekend Report
Friday: Left work slightly late due to a last minute informal meeting for our new "Time & Attendance" system that is/was to go live Monday. Picked up Sar with J and then headed up to Arcadia for Daphne's Greek Grill. Didn't realize it, but J's navigation CD is already outdated, and brought us to Santa Anita Mall (where Daphne's doesn't exist). So instead we ended up eating at Market City Caffe where i ordered the Lobster Ravioli... and proceeded to have a fun time in the bathroom the following morning. Needless to say, i won't be going back there EVER again. Oh, and before the bathroom ordeal, we managed to catch "The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift". Heard everyone say it was better than the 1st and 2nd. While ANYTHING is better than the 2nd one... i still think the 1st one was better, but Tokyo Drift still wasn't bad at all. I'll probably buy it when it goes to DVD
Saturday: Was supposed to help Sar clean/organize/setup her classroom, but because of said ravioli... didn't happen. Woke up around 11am and stayed home most of the day since i was still scared to eat anything at all. I did manage to eat some rice porridge and some applesauce... while i watched as Sar ate her mini corn dogs =(. Ran a few errands until about 4pm when we met up with Ho, J, Kel and bf "B" to have dinner at Lawry's in Beverly Hills. Thank goodness i was able to eat. Man that was the best prime rib and creamed corn i've EVER had. Got the 16oz. "Diamond Jim Brady" cut. Definately wanna go back. Did a little bowling with Ho, Sar, and Kel afterwards (J and B weren't in the mood i guess). Then caught up with Kel at the local Starbucks. Good times.
Sunday: Sar's 1st annual 4th of July bowling at West Covina Lanes. Funn stuff. Bowled a 114 and a 112. Not bad, not bad. Came in somewhere around 4th/5th place in scoring. Then food at her aunt/uncle's house.
Monday: Had to work. Blasphemy is what i say. It's ok. Traffic was BEAUTIFUL. Got in at 9 (on time for once). Place was a ghost town. Lunch at 11. Back at 1. Left at 2. Went to cousins house to rid her PC of a virus. Went with Sar, Ho, the sib and her bf to Kings Hawaiian for dinner. Far drive (Torrance)... came back home and knocked out due to food-coma.
Tuesday: Got up early enough to go grocery shopping with Sar. BBQ with lots and lots of food. Got fat again. Damn... so much food this weekend. Followed dinner with a round of Scrabble (Came in second). And then trying to relax the dog from all the fireworks.
