So again i'm REALLY behind on my blogs. I've just been so tired lately with work. It also doesn't help that the weather out there in Northridge/Chatsworth is so freakin' HOT! I looks like they're putting me through the gauntlet tomorrow. My cubicle mate is going to war tomorrow (those roman empire re-enactments where they beat each other with swords), so i have to cover him while he's gone. It's only one day, but i hope no big problems come up. Since it's Friday, it shouldn't be too bad... right?
I've also been neglecting my friends (Johnny, Sunny, Pooky, Elgin) lately. I feel bad, but i don't get home till about 7pm and they're already eating dinner. So i just eat at home and see if i can catch them later in the evening. Problem is i'm so tired i fall asleep waiting. It's not like this is the norm, but that's what happened last week. I probably won't see them this weekend either. So much stuff going on. It's getting hard to balance everyone in my life.
Aside from that, i'll have a new toy installed on my car by the end of the week. I'll post up some pictures after i'm finished. I still gotta get that damn lip painted. Grr.

So i guess they changed the look of Blogger again. I like it much better. It looks more like the old version.
Again... nothing new to talk about. 6 month anniversary is coming up and i've got a surprise for Sar. I hope she'll like it =)
It's strange how i can fit in so well here at Northridge. My co-workers are all in there late 40's early 50's, yet i can hang out and talk to them as if they were my friends from highschool. I dunno if it's because my personality is adaptive, or it's just that the guys here act REALLY young. Either way... i'm happy here. The only drawback is that i don't have health insurance. I'm praying they'll hire me full-time in a year.
Sister has got a case of Strep throat. She's pretty miserable. Dunno how she got it... hmmmm =P
I guess there's not much going on for now. It's the same 'ol thing day in and day out. At least i have the weekends with the gf to look forward to. =)
On a side note... my cubicle is beginning to look a little more festive =P =)

Haven't had time to post lately... and it shows. Blogger looks totally different and i have no clue when they changed over to this new system. I liked the old one better. I can't see anything but the post i'm typing now. I guess that's cuz the old style looked more like something a programmer would see. This is way too simple. Ah well.
It's getting harder to post something here that's worthwhile for you the reader to read. Life just gets jumbled into a huge pile and i can only remember what's on top of it. I rarely have free time anymore especially since i'm now based up in Northridge doing deskside support. Truthfully, i liked IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) better. At least i got to drive around and move around. Now i'm sitting in a cubicle most of the time and when i do go out to work... i have to walk hella fricken far in triple digit weather. Oh well... i guess the bright side is that i'm guaranteed 8 hours a day, five days a week. Woohoo! 8AM to 5-PM. I gotta get up at 5:45AM every morning so i can leave the house by 6:30AM and be there by 8AM. Damn the 101 freeway. At least i found a new route: San Gabriel Blvd. all the way up to the 210 West, 118 West. It's a slightly longer route, but it's faster.
Just this past weekend i was able to hang out with the guys for a few hours and was working both saturday and sunday. I was able to find some time after work each day to spend some time with Sar. Saturday she took me out to watch "Alex & Emma" (which was kinda cheesy... but a good movie nevertheless) and to an "early" 6 month anniversary dinner at Red Lobster. I had never eaten there, but i found they have REALLY GOOD cheese bread! (Not as cheesy as the movie tho ;P ). We had visited Sunny at work before the movie and he hooked us up with free movie passes to see "The HULK". Tight. Thanks man.
Sunday i went out to dinner with Sar, Kels, Holls, Ra, Steph, and Curt. We ate at Banana Bay in City of Industry. It was more or less for me to meet Ra, since he's pretty much the only friend of Sar that i had not yet met. Pretty chill guy. Didn't get to talk to him much, but i found out he can tie a cherry stem with his tongue. Kel can too.
I guess i do remember a lot, but then again it's all the stuff that's sitting on top of the "pile". Oh yah... Sandy is now really an honest-to-goodness co-worker, and not in the sense that we work for the same company, but she's only 5 or 6 cublicles away from me! It's the buzz of the office now. Everyone's asking me for dirt on her. Hehehehhe.... i could be evil... but she's also the one that got me this job. I'm keepin' my yap SHUT. =)
