Just when i thought me and my friends did the most random sh*t possible, tonite we come up with an even more random (and let's not forget dumber) idea. We (John, Pooky, Sunny, Minah, Sara, and me) were at the Boat and were chatting and laughing after having dinner. All of a sudden, Sunny gets the brilliant idea to start making dares with everyone after John dared Pooky to grow out his beard. So before i knew it.... I couldn't go on AIM and blog... strictly email and Internet, John can't use slang or ebonics, Pooky can't shave, and Sunny can't eat meat. This has to go on for 30 days. This is gonna be SUPER hard for us. Loser buys dinner for everyone. How are we gonna keep track? Honor system. So yah... this might be one of the last posts all you avid readers will get to see for the next 30 days. You won't even see me on AIM. =*(
At least i get one more day. Last you'll hear of me: 11:59:59am Monday March 31. Next time i'm back: 12:00am April 30.

Ah the memories...
Hanging out with the boys is one thing, but hanging out and doing stupid sh*t is another. Take for example driving to Schurr in John's old Chrysler minivan and playing basketball. Then driving to where we saw an American flag in the middle of an intersection and pretending the van died, so Sunny and Pooky would go out and push the van across the intersection just to pick up the flag. Yah... stupid sh*t like that. It's freaking hilarious!
I realized tonite that it doesn't matter where you go or what you do while out with your friends... it's just spending time and having fun doing the most random sh*t, is what makes times memorable.... like that one time when we saw egg crates =X hehehehe.........
On another note... i sprained my ankle while guarding Sunny. Damn it hurts like a .... well, you kno. But at least i can walk on it, so i guess it's not that bad. Geez.... my left leg is getting messed up. First i screw up my knee... now i sprained my ankle. What's next? My left....... _ _ _ .......?

I'm thinking about buying the Canon Powershot S200. It's at Fry's Electronics for $270ish. It's only 2.0 megapixels, but it's not like i'm interested in taking crazy photographer style pics. It's just something to keep memories with and post on this lil webpage of mine. Anyone have any suggestions? Or even better prices?

Sometime after i started jr. high, my experiences with the Disney theme parks have been less than pleasant. Lets just say Disneyland has never been really fun for me and i almost died when i was at Disney world. Four years later, i return to the "Tragic Kingdom" (as many people refer to it by this name), and see if Disney can redeem himself.
So while Mr. Walt Disney did redeem himself, i also learned a few things in the process: 1- You gotta love Disney (*duh*), 2- you gotta be a kid at heart to love this place, and 3- other than it being a place for kids (mostly), it is definitely a couples place.
I swear... Saturday was the BEST day in my entire life. Everything was so perfect. I can't even begin to describe how wonderful it was.
All i can say is, "I Love You Sara... more than you can ever imagine."

I also talked to Heather Graham on the phone today... that's something VERY out of the ordinary. I had called Jason earlier, asking about some Cal Poly - Pomona stuff for my sister, but i forgot he was at the Oscar's after-party. Apparently i had interrupted him while he was rubbing elbows with the stars, particularly the lovely Miss Graham. As it turns out, right when Jason hung up, she wanted to talk to whoever it was on the phone ( i'm talking about me... if you haven't figured that part out =P ). About 10-15 minutes later i get a call back from Jason telling me Heather Graham wants to talk to me. So i was pretty much going, "Huh?!" at the time and before i knew it, i was chit-chatting with a star. =P I was a little intimidated at first, but i just figured she's just like regular people... only famous, so i just started talking to her as if she was just someone i had met... which is also true. She's really cool =) We laughed a lil and made some small talk, but it's not like i'm anyone special =P, so it was time to say the usual, "Well it was nice meeting you, bye!"
Now, some of you are probably going... "IS THAT ALL YOU SAID?!?!??!?!? MORON!!!!!" Yah, yah, yah... but at least i didn't freeze up and go, "Uh, uh, uh, duh.... uh... HI." I actually TALKED to her. Hehe.. now i have something to tell my kids when i have them... We'll be watching Austin Powers: They Spy Who Shagged Me and i can say, "Yah kids, your Dad talked to her on the phone once." Just wish i asked for her autographed picture or something. Oh well. =)

I GOT A JOB, I GOT A JOB!!!!!!
Well.. it's only a part-time job, but it's the site coordinator job at the elementary school i've been tutoring it all this past quarter. Good stuff. I just got the call from my professor and she asked me to take the job, and i took it =) I start in two weeks and even though it's still only part-time, i'm still really excited. I hope i get to see my buddy Ricardo. He's the best kid, EVER!

WOOHOO!!! I'm $400 in the hole!!
In my never-ending quest to "rice-ify" my car, i ordered the Honda OEM factory front underspoiler for my prelude a few days ago. Here's a pic for all you people going, "WTF is a Honda OEM factory front underspoiler???"
It's the front piece that's hanging from the bottom front of the car...
I was actually pretty bummed cuz when i checked out with the online shopping cart, it said the lip was currently backordered and that it would be anywhere from a 1-6 week wait and it's not even guaranteed that they'll send me one since the prelude was discontinued in 2001 and they've stopped all production on aftermarket parts for the prelude. However, guess what showed up on my doorstep when i got home today?!
Oh and no it didn't cost $400.... although it probably would have if it wasn't discontinued - not in my factory color - only came in blue - and was on sale.... it cost me $200 shipped to my door. It's $168 plus tax and shipping. The other $200 is my credit car bill that came today =P. It's a pretty good deal i think, especially since i've been wanting this piece ever since i bought the car 1.5 years ago. I look for used parts online and everyone is asking at least $150 used. So i think i made a good buy.
So now it's just a matter of when i get the money to paint the sucker and stick it on my car =) Man i'm so happy.... i'm all giddy like a lil girl, lol! =D

So i got hit "where it hurts" today...
We were playing soccer outside on the playground and i got nominated to play goalie. Some of those kids are pretty hardcore. One of em was coming fast with the ball and i was getting ready for it, not thinking about anything else, but just to stop the ball. So naturally... i spread out and blocked as much as i could.... the good news is that i blocked the ball. You can guess what the bad news was. I was on my knees for about 5 minutes. For those that care... i'm ok =P
I came home REALLY tired... handling those kids is more work than i ever expected. It's fun though, especially today after i was asking Ricky who his best friends were for my weekly assignment and he listed me as his first best friend =*) Damn that kid is the best. =) I'm gonna miss him. Next Tuesday is the last time i go for the UCLinks program. I'm gonna try to find out if i can still volunteer. That'd be so cool =)
